This is a unique mould for the ship cannon from the 17th Century 64 gun warship 'Vasa'. That ship is currently located in the city center of Stockholm in the Vasa Museum, the most visited museum in Scandinavia with over 3 million visitors annually. The ship was salvaged mostly intact and it had sunk on her maiden voyage in 1628. Go to the Vasa museum official website for more details.
The cannon will require some simple assembly after casting. The barrel is slightly longer than 60mm.
This kit will include a PTFE rod to create the gun barrel hole.
Useful additional tools are available here.
Casting the figures does require adult supervision unless you are over 14 years old.
Notice: Hot metal is not a toy. Never cool mould with water. Always allow at least 5 minutes for metal to cool before attempting to open mould.
