A fantastic tool!!
This is a single edge ingate and sprue cutter. It cuts like it was cutting butter. Even the heaviest ingate is no match. The best part is that it cuts flat on one side, leaving very little for filing. It is a must for any serious model caster.
This is a larger stronger version of the older snipper. It is still advised to squeeze gently and do so gradually multiple times on thick ingates to weaken them rather than brute force a cut in a single squeeze.
