This was my first introduction the the Prince August 54mm range. Acquired as an "add on" to a job lot of 40mm Karoliners purchased second hand. The cast figures are *crisp* and delightfully paintable. Being a *Huge* fan of Bernard Cornwell's "Sharpe"... well, the opportunity was seized, and I'm now working towards the Light company of the South Essex. Paddy's Nock Gun is an interesting challenge. But "Mr Sharpe" (Yep, done) is already awaiting his companion, along with some baddies -Pierre Ducos and Guy Lupe - which should be easy to fabricate from the range provided. For constructive criticism, the Rifleman "Reaching for Cartridge" is perhaps an odd choice of pose. But, being that there is only one hand on the Baker, and many other arms to re-sculpt from - in the 54mm Nap range - with Mr Milliput as our best friend; it's not much of a drawback. So: I've had, so far, 12 delightful figures from this (second-hand) PA mould set... and there are plenty more to come, I'm sure.
